    Yes, girls can take this classes to help protect themselves. Usually tradational martial arts are based on upper body strength but Krav Maga uses natural body reflex as defense tactics and allows women to use the natural strength of her body (hips) as they are designed to carry babies. Hence most of the tactics use less upper body strength. There are many women who take the classes of Krav Maga but the ratio is of-course lower than men.

Its training method follows the same pattern like its training in Israel, USA or any othre country. So, every one of us has to pay a price for this level of quality training in shorter time span.
