    I am a martial art enthusiast, and i am keen in learning Krav Maga. I havnt taken up any training though & this is gonna be my first one. I am keen in learning till the Masters Degree. Can u explain what kinda physical routine’s or workouts i must follow to get started with this training. A detailed reply would be much appreciated.

    Dear Ashwini, Thanks for your comment. We would recommend atleast 4-5 months of training in order for you to understand Krav Maga system and judge where you want to go with it. There is no short-cuts to practise, hence the more time you practise the tactics, the more they will embed in your reflex action to create a faster and perfect excutable defense. After 5 months of Krav maga, its up to you to decide how much more you want to learn.

    hiii guys…i joined krav maga in hyderabad yesterday.Im newcomer in krav maga, i was really amazed to know the techniques of Krav Maga and understood the importance of krav maga.This is the first time i learning an art for my defense. krav maga is simple to learn and effective by which we can protect ourselves. I learned yesterday basics of krav maga.It was a good experience.

    I wholeheartedly suggest each and every civilian living in hyderabad to undergo training in Krav Maga for their self defense.I found it effective and hope you will too.
